Everyone deserves support, especially during these trying times. As a therapist, I help create a nonjudgmental relationship that allows my clients to explore themselves and their lives as honestly and gently as possible. My clients have called me insightful, humorous and results oriented. Together we'll uncover the roots of your struggles and create new patterns of being in the world.
I enjoy incorporating tangible tools to help clients feel empowered and in control of their lives. Drawing from IFS and Depth Psychology, I’m interested in helping you map out your internal world while also equipping you with the skills needed to navigate life.
I use evidence based modalities (i.e. IFS, CBT, MI) along with techniques of psychodynamic therapy and Buddhist psychology. Together, we explore the subconscious, understand more clearly the why behind your habitual patterns, and also look at ways to practice techniques that work for you. Above all, I am compassionate and caring.
I offer therapy sessions through secure telehealth, making it easier to access support from wherever you are. This allows for consistent, meaningful work—whether you're at home, traveling, or navigating a full schedule. Telehealth creates a flexible and effective space for connection, reflection, and growth.
